CheerXtreme

Without Cheerleaders, Football is Just A Game!!!

Cheerleading Game Day Requirements

  1. All Federation cheerleaders are required to cheer for the entire game (4 quarters).
  2. All federation cheerleaders are required to cheer throughout the entire season.
  3. Federation cheerleaders are required to cheer two games per Saturday/Sunday. This only applies if you have 15 or less cheerleaders. For example, you could cheer at the Freshmen and Sophomore games one week and the next week cheer at the JV and Varsity games. Go back and forth throughout the season so that no division feels left out. Once the schedule is provided, please provide the Cheer Director with a schedule of the games your cheer team plans to cheer at each week.
  4. Larger squads (16 or more), are expected to be divided (Ex. Younger (5-8) & Older (9-13). Younger cheerleaders should cheer at the Freshmen and Sophomore games. Older cheerleaders should cheer at the JV and Varsity games.
  5. All Federation cheerleaders are required to be in uniform if performing (uniform means shell, skirt, socks, and tennis shoes).
  6. Water breaks should be a maximum of 5 minutes or less and all cheerleaders should not go at any one time unless it is during half-time of the applicable game.
  7. Bathroom breaks should be at halftime. Bathroom breaks are not a team event. All cheerleaders should not go at one once if the game is going on.
  8. All Federation cheerleaders are required to perform at halftime (Ex. Cheers and Chants) of each game.
  9. When there is an injured football player down on the field or sideline, all cheerleaders must kneel down until confirmation of the player's condition.

If you are in violation of the above requirements, your team will be charged a $25 fine to be paid by the following Saturday to the Federation Cheer Director or Federation Commissioner. If the fine is not paid in full, you will continue to incur fines ($25 each Saturday) until the fine is paid.

If you do not pay your fines by the CheerXtreme Competition, your squad will be allowed to perform at the competition, but will not be eligible to compete for any prizes.
