Heads Up football

Heads Up Football® is a comprehensive program developed by USA Football to advance player safety in the game of football. Key features of the program include the Player Safety Coach and Coaching Certification. The educational components in each include concussion awareness, heat preparation/hydration, sudden cardiac arrest, equipment fitting, and heads up tackling/blocking.

Additionally, there are courses regarding the basic fundamentals of the game itself that may prove very beneficial to young and new coaches.
