The Federation Commissions a New Scholarship for YFF Alumni Student-Athletes
The Commissioner of the Federation has authorized a new scholarship program for former YFF Student-Athletes. The initial allocation is for $2,000 and will be included in the 2021 budget. It is anticipated that the program will be focused on YFF alumni that have achieved high academic achievement and contributed to the betterment of the community.
Details and guidelines will be determined during 2021 with initial awards being made for the 2021-2022 academic year. The program was envisioned by Tasha Harris, who currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Commissioner, as well as a key member of the Special Events Committee.

The Youth Football and Cheer Federation has partnered with "Parents On A Mission" to form "Resilient Prospects". Our mission is to provide the tools necessary for collegiate prospects, by way of education, leadership, sports, and community service, resulting in empowered parents and student-athletes facing the gauntlet of information and requirements associated with pursuit of a higher education and student-athlete scholarships.
