DEON PERRY MEMORIAL AWARD

This award was commissioned in memory of Deon Perry, former president of the Spring Texans, who passed away unexpectedly in 2014. Deon constantly exhibited unrelenting loyalty to the Federation and was always willing to assist other members in their various efforts. The award is representative of the “Team Executive of the Year” for Extraordinary Leadership And Contributions To Participants And Parents, And Dedication To The Federation And Its Programs.

Jarmese Harper-Wiltz Community Service Champion AWARD

This award was commissioned in memory of Jarmese Harper-Wiltz, former Federation League official, who served as the Community Outreach Manager and on our Special Events Committee. Jarmese passed away unexpectedly in March of 2018. Jarmese was a dedicated member of the Federation and knew no strangers as she developed positive relationships with everyone she met. All younger adults and the kids were referenced as her nephews and nieces. The award is representative of the member organization that most actively participated in the Federation's community service activities and/or independently took proactive steps to serve the community and engage our players and cheerleaders in the process.
